Oasis Idea League Inc.  shall have a lien on any goods shipped for freight charges, customs duties or any other charges any kind arising out of transportation hereunder and may refuse to surrender possession of the goods until such charges are paid
Limitation of Liability
The liability of Oasis Idea League for the shipment is limited for theft only and does not include breakage, spoilage and or delays whichever may occur.
Stated Value
The shipper agrees that upon release of shipment to Oasis Idea League for delivery that the shipper acknowledges the stated amount clause, that unless a different value is declared the shipper hereby releases the property to Oasis idea League to a value not to exceed $100.00 per shipment for theft only.
Claims
Any claim must be brought to by the shipper and be delivered  in writing to the office of Oasis Idea League with in 10 days of the loss. No claim for loss will be entered until all transportation charges have been paid.  The amount of any claim may not be deducted from any transportation charges owed to Oasis Idea league Inc.
Materials not accepted
Currency,Jewelry, Bullion,antiques, Stamps,Precious Metals, Fire arms, Perishables, Tobacco, Works of art, precious stones, Explosives Animals, food stuffs, Lewd, obscene or pornographic materials, Industrial carbons or diamonds, Hazardous or combustible materials.

The shipper agrees upon release of shipment to oasis Idea League Inc.  for delivery that shipper acknowledges the stated amount clause.
